Midnight Sun Builders designed fabricated and installed a cedar wrap around five very blah porch “pillars” on our classic 1960s Anchorage split-level home. They make me smile every time I pull into the driveway. The work was professional, prompt, and on budget.

We’ve used Midnight Sun for several different projects to include a master bedroom rearrangement with a redone bathroom, as well as remodeling a condo with new flooring and a brand new kitchen. They’ve always done quality work. I do recommend them.

My husband and I have worked with MSB on an addition, two total house renovations, and numerous small projects. A repeat customer speaks volumes. Communication is clear, honest, and reliable. They keep the job site impeccably clean and are reliable and on time. They are lovely people who are fun to work with a be around. We have always been more than happy with the craftsmanship and overall experience.

Seth and his Crew have done amazing work for me and my Family. We had Midnight Sun completely gut and redo My Parents home in Turnigan. It turned out beautifully. He also remodeled my home in Sand Lake and a business for me in Eagle River. He and his crew do high quality work and stick to the schedule. The other big thing is, if there is a problem, they are very responsive and quick to remedy the situation. I don’t give out any names other than Midnight Sun.

Seth and his crew were friendly, respectful, highly professional and very easy to work with and most important, knew what they were doing and did an excellent job. We have used Midnight Sun Construction for 3 projects over the years. Seth has always been extremely responsive and communicative and his team has always been extremely professional. We have trusted them and they even did a major project while we were out of state (demolishing closet, installing windows, creating an home office) and they did a great job keeping us in the loop.
